Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellation Within Trial Period: If you cancel your subscription within the trial period, you will not be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Monthly Subscription: For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation.
Annual Subscription: For annual subscription plans, if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you will receive a full refund. After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions.
Unused Portion: If you cancel your subscription and have already been billed, but have not used the service for the remainder of the billing cycle (for monthly subscriptions) or the remainder of the annual subscription period, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [sales@nynedge.com ]. Please include your account details and the reason for requesting the refund. Refund requests must be made within the applicable refund period outlined above.

Refund Processing:

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 15 days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Exceptions:

Please note that certain situations may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to: Violation of our terms of service. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests for the same account). Refund requests made after the applicable refund period.
