Terms and Conditions for Service Sellers
Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. platform (“Platform”) by technology service providers, freelancers, agencies, or sellers (“Sellers”).
By registering, listing, or offering services on the Platform, the Seller agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Role
Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. provides an online platform that allows Sellers to list and promote their IT-related services, including but not limited to:

Web Development
-
Digital Marketing
-
SEO
-
Logo Design
-
Other Information Technology–related services
Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a technology facilitator and is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between Sellers and clients.
2. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must provide accurate and complete business and contact information.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove any Seller account at its discretion.
3. Subscription Fees

Sellers must pay the applicable subscription fees to list and offer services on the Platform.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of Seller access.
4. Commission and Charges

Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. does not charge any commission on services sold by Sellers.

Only financial transaction charges (such as payment gateway or banking charges) may apply, if payments are processed through the Platform.

Such transaction charges, if applicable, are borne by the Seller or client as per the payment method used.
5. Payments from Clients

Clients may choose to make payments through the Platform or directly to the Seller, if mutually agreed.

Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for tracking, managing, or enforcing payments made directly between the Seller and the client.

Sellers are solely responsible for invoicing, payment collection, and tax compliance.
6. Service Delivery Responsibility

Sellers are fully responsible for the quality, timelines, accuracy, and delivery of services offered to clients.

Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee service outcomes and does not intervene in delivery disputes.

Any agreement related to scope, milestones, deadlines, or revisions is strictly between the Seller and the client.
7. Refunds and Disputes

If a Seller is unable to deliver the agreed services, the Seller is solely responsible for issuing refunds to the client.

Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. holds no liability for refunds, cancellations, or disputes between Sellers and clients.

The Platform is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.
8. Ratings and Reviews

Clients may provide ratings and reviews based on their experience.

All ratings and reviews reflect the client’s personal opinion.

Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the accuracy, fairness, or impact of client ratings or feedback.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Service delivery failures

Financial losses between Sellers and clients

Miscommunication or contractual disputes

Refund claims or payment issues
-
Client dissatisfaction or negative ratings
Use of the Platform is at the Seller’s own risk.
10. Termination

Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. may suspend or terminate Seller access if these Terms are violated.

Sellers may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
11. Amendments
Nynedge Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of appropriate jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
